Question mplayer/quicktime?
Hi, I have mplayer installed and running and I'd like to configure it to play quicktime videos, Don't know how? anyone know?

    I'm on a linux fedore 5 operating system. That down load is a win xo .exe. Sorry i didn't mention it.

    Same problem as you were having with Flash. mPlayer provides binary codecs for closed, proprietary formats like QuickTime, Real, and Windows Media but only on x86 and PowerPC. I suspect this is because they are wrapping Windows DLLs to do the job. If you want support for these formats you're going to need to run a 32-bit version of mPlayer and install the separate codecs package (mplayer-codecs on FC5, media-libs/win32codecs on Gentoo).

    drasnor, I removed Fedora 5 64bit version and reinstalled the i386 32 bit version, All works great.But I still have a few issues, I have all the codec's from stanton-finley, problem is that it will play movies in browser but not completely load quicktime movies on all sites?
