i have a errorsafe virus plz help

hi there on my computer i have this virus called errorsafe and my blueyonder secruity suite comes up with a box saying, "anti_spyware failed to delete errorsafe"...i scanned about a 100 times i try finding the errorsafe file or folder i deleted cookies and offline files but still nothing...thing is its getting worse i get all these popups my computer freezes i cant go on some sites...this is really doing my nutting..........plz plz help
