Right-clicking on a file or folder gives me 18 options

When I right-click on a file or folder, I have a lsit of 18 options, from Open through to Explore all users. Many of them are never options I use habitually; How do I edit the control for this?

    You can use a technique like this. TweakUI also provides a (much simpler) way to get rid of some of the crap that gets listed there:

    Mad, that would put me over the edge...unless you use most of theose prgrams continuously. I don't...
