Windows Don't Flash in Taskbar

Not really sure what caused this but my AOL Instant Messenger Windows no longer flash orange when a message is recieved in the taskbar. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AIM and they still don't flash. Other program windows flash in the taskbar when something occurs but AIM windows still don't. Any ideas?

    Have you checked the settings, you may have accidently modified them, im sure you have, but its good to start with the basics, and lets not forget, we ARE dealing with windows.

    I checked the AIM settings. They are all the same.
