[Solved] Do I still have CWS HomeSearchAssistent on my computer?

My copy of Tenebril SpyCatcher (part of GhostSurf 2005) detected CWS HomeSearchAssistent (written out as it's been detected) on my computer. I can't remove it with that program. I downloaded about:buster (which doesn't want to work for me) and hijackthis. I printed out the HSA removal guide but am unsure about how to continue. I've included the hijackthis log below. Thanks.

Hi, your HJT log is clean. It seems that Ghostsurf (which I wouldn't trust) is finding false positives, which means that there is nothing to worry about. Are you having actual problems?

I'm not having any problems. I like to keep a sharp eye on my computer, I've had to reformat it twice because of viruses and don't want to have to do it a third time. So when I saw that I thought oh no not again. Anyway thanks for responding.
