Turning off most windows features?

I have a customer's computer right now and it needs to be locked out almost completely. It's an HP that sits in a public internet room in a hotel and I want it to be pretty much completely locked out. No control panel access, no access to My Computer. Basically anything that could be used to do anything on the machine besides check e-mail and browse the net, I want disabled.

I've done quite a bit of google-ing to find a solution but haven't really come up with anything too promising. Does anyone know of a list of registry keys and or a program that can disable start menu options, regedit/msconfig, My Computer etc? I appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Start> Run> type MMC... Go to File menu and select "Add / Remove Snap-in".

The snap-in window will open... select "Add" and then look for "Group Policy Editor" and select "Add". The next window just click "Finish". The window will close and click "close" and then "OK" to close the "Add / Remove Snap-in" window.

You now have the ability to tweak tons of stuff with local policies. Good news is that if you set up the stuff correctly, a normal user account will be totally at your command. You can take away the "Run" command, the control panel... you can even take away the ability to surf the web... mess around in the local policy editor...
