Im not really quite sure what all the ram timings mean, and i was looking to change them to get some added bandwidth, can someone help me out, and teach me a little?

RAM timings in BIOS can and will affect peformance. It is important to know what type of RAM you have first.
CAS Latency is typically 2, 2.5 or 3. The lower the number the better. RAM is made to run at a certain CAS Latency.
In all cases the lower the number the better....sometimes. Read the guide and start playing.
