My kids managed to get this virus on their computer and I can't seem to get rid of it. I tried a couple of fixes where they stated rename the old file and transfer the new file and then reopen in safe mode to delete the old file but the problem I am having now is that I can't get into the computer even in safe mode anymore. A box keeps popping up asking if I want to continue in safe mode or if I want to move to system restore. I am given "yes" and "no" choices but no matter which I click, it keeps coming back to the same box pretty much in an endless cycle. I am running XP and not sure if the wini.dll file I transferred is for sp1 or sp2 and not sure if this is the problem. I can't get back into the computer to make any changes regardless. Any help would be appreciated.
