[Solved] Weird .exe problem

Hey guys. I went to http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/SpyAnytime-PC-Spy-Download-6922.html which is a Softpedia website to d/l an evaluation copy of SpyAnytime PC Spy and when I clicked on it to install it...it said not compatible with something or the other so I closed it out. Then I tried to delete it and it says (see attached pic). I scaned it with Norton and Trojan Hunter they both say its clean. I went into safe mode and still get the same prompt. I tried system restore nothing works. Hope someone can help me out with this. Thanx in advance.

    Hi, Welcome to Short-Media! :)

To start with, I've heard that the program is hard to get rid of, but lets see what we can do.

Can you tell me what your trying to delete - is it the programs installation file? A screen shot of the file would be helpful. :)

It didnt install thats the thing. But I cant seem to get rid of it. I'm just trying to delete the file from my computer. Here's what it look like sitting in my d/l folder. Cant rename it or anything says it is in use. I'm not sure what to look for in the running processes to try and terminate it that way but all other things have failed to work to stop this thing from running. Where its running from I have no clue.

Can you tell me the location of the file please.
    e.g. C:\xxxxx\xxxxx

If you don't know the location, let me know and we'll try some other things. :)

    Sorry for the delay!

Download Killbox from here, and save it to your desktop.

Open killbox and paste in C:\My Documents\SPYANYTIME PC SPY.exe (Confirm this is the right location and file name) in the Full Path of File to Delete box.

Click the option *Delete on Reboot*

Click the Red CIRCLE with the WHITE X next to the Full Path of File to Delete box ...and for the confirmation message that will ask you to reboot now, click YES.

Check to see if the file is gone after reboot! :)

I'm not too sure! Most likely associated with the program you tried to download.

You shouldn't download programs that you havn't heard of before.

    Anway, I'm glad its gone!

Let me know if you have any other problems or if we can mark this resolved? :)
