I noticed this in the EULA for the C# Express install:
7. SQL SERVER BENCHMARK TESTING. You must obtain Microsoft’s prior written approval to disclose to a third party the results of any benchmark test of the SQL Server software that accompanies this software.

That's kind of ... weird, isn't it? I don't know much about SQL Server, but the impression that gives me is that they're a little concerned about the competition.

The next paragraph says you can bench the .NET software, but lays out very specific conditions you must adhere to to share those results.

    WTF you doing reading the EULA? Its against the EULA to actually read it, or did you not read that part? WTF am I talking about :scratch:

    That really is utter BS, it's basically them saying "Well, it sucks, but we don't want you to be able to prove it sucks, so ha".
