"Operating System Not Found" - Help!

I have the same problem: "Operating System Not found". I updated my bios (phoenix) and the settetings for HDD's switched into 'auto'. I cannot change this options. In the lateral window there is a message saying that I am in a user mode and I should contact my system Supervisor. How to run the bios in a supervisor mode??

    What motherboard do you have? (Include Brand, Model#, and Revision#, if any.)
