Overclocking guide ?

I saw a link to a "overclocking guide" (ram & cpu step by step process) a couple of weeks ago that I think one of the moderators or regulars wrote the article ? - it was very well written and seemed easy to follow. Can't seem to find it now. Would be nice to have that link agian. Thanks much for any help on the link.

Hay thanks - but thats not the one - it was abit shorter and pretty much just covered cpu and ram.

That all looks good but but its not the one i was looking for. It pretty much just told how to find the max memory speed and then the max CPU clocking hate to be such a pain. i thought i had bookmarked it.
