p2pnetworking.exe Problem

i have this p2pnetworking.exe spyware in my system...i tried uninstalling it from add/remove programs...its not to seen in tat list...but the spyware is still there...whenever i switch on my system, the task manager does not open as it is under the control of the spyware..i tried scannin it with all the possible softwares like norton 2005,2006, spyware doctor,ad aware SE.Spybot,Stinger,McAfee,Ez Antivirus...but none of these detected it...the file is in C:/Windows/System32...but i cant see it..when i paste this entire address in my browser, the spyware becomes active...Can anyone help me out??PLZZZZZZZZZZ.....i am having huge troubles with it....
