Hello, I'm from Portugal and i'm a network administrator.
I'm sorry about my bad english.
I note in my company network that when i go to taskmgr in server (win2000 server) some services are in "caps lock", such as: CRSS.EXE, DLLHOST.EXE, DMIIND~1,EXE, DNS.EXE, EVENTS.EXE, LLSSRV.EXE, LOCATOR.EXE, LSASS.EXE, MSPADMIN.EXE, SMSS.EXE, SNMP.EXE, SERVICES.EXE, WINLOGON.EXE.
And in all other computer hapens the same.

Is this any trojan, spyware, virus?

WINLOGON.EXE,LSASS.EXE,SMSS.EXE,CRSS.EXE,SERVICES.EXE (IIRC) are essential programs need by windows so it can boot up, think those other programs are essenstial programs too.

But to be still sure get an Anti-Virus,Anti-Spyware/Trojan Programs

IF you cant affored to buy a Anti-Virus..Heres an Alternative:
AVG Anti-Virus 7.1 Free Updates Daily,Doesnt Expire or anything

For Anti-Spywares, heres a list of "Free" and Safe to use programs (use google to find it :

Spybot S&D 1.4
Ad-Aware SE Edition
CWShredder
Spyware Blaster
