Grrr, my LCD screen is not detecting DVI just after the restart. Why? How do I make it?

Are you able to try Analog? (VGA)?

What is your monitors refresh rate set at? and do you have another DVI cable? or soemthign else to test the cable on?

No. refresh rate is at 70. when i select the input mode on the monitor it would just flick and show that small caption that says Analog.

did it. When I have the VGA and DVI cables in does it change anything?? is that alright, not causing a problem etc.?
still says Analog when i select DVI. I had this problem in the beginning to.

Okay back to the basics, can you let me know which montitor your working with? brand, model # any info you have on it....

Alright i think I fixed it like it fixed in the beginning.
hooked up dual monitors and so the viewsonic was reading off DVI, then changed this to monitor one, for some reason it went to monitor 2
