Help Please - Various hijacks - Troj/SpyDldr-E one of them [inactive]

I am working on a system that was infected with multiple malware problems when the user hit a website. Apparently the browser was not appropriately patched, as it took no interaction on the part of the user to initiate the infection.

Symantec caught some of it, which was quarantined. I searched for some of the file names and located Abwiz as one of the offenders. Used Symantec tool to remove this. Then realized still had other problems, so started searching for other file names. I came across this forum. I have followed all instructions in the "read this before posting" thread. Ad-Aware and Spy-bot found and fix quite a bit.

System performance has greatly improved thanks to the steps I have followed thus far on your site - THANKS!, but there are still suspicious "security Center" pop ups from the task bar, bogus security center message on desktop, random "instalation programs" popping up, and desktop wallpaper cannot be changed.

I have update the system and run 2 online scans.Can you help me complete the system cleaning?

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT

Now click on Scan Settings
In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
Scan Options:
Scan Archives
Scan Mail Bases
Click OK
Now under select a target to scan:
Select My Computer
This will program will start and scan your system.
The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
Now click on the Save as Text button:
Save the file to your desktop.
Copy and paste that information in your next post.
