Firefox kept in memory?

I am wanting to keep firefox running in the background memory, I have an extension that only works with it on and it reminds me of events.

Maybe there is a decent extension? I checked through them, not sure if I missed one or if this just hasn't been done. Which I doubt. I'll continue to look for an extension, maybe one that puts it in the taskbar instead of closing ;)

You can use TrayIt! to put things in the System Tray. I use it to keep F@H next to the clock in case I need to check it. Once you install it you simply right click the minimize button and you'll get options.
