AMD 64 FX-60 dual core and MS 7184 AmethystM motherboard

Good Afternoon.
I have problem with installation of AMD 64 FX-60 939 socket processor on MS-7184 mainboard. My computer was bought in Pc World as Compaq Presario SR 1879UK with AMD 4200+ processor and OEM MS-7184 AmethystM mainboard.
I tried to change processor for FX 60 with cooler, and after installment I put the power on and only fans start and black screen is displayed. I tried with clearing cmos, I have taken off the cmos battery, and no results. I can not aquire new BIOS from MSI because they say that MS-7184 is an OEM version and I should contact vendor. Anyway my BIOS is 3.48 version from march so I think it might be something else.
I tried to contact HP, but no response.
Any ideas-Thank You. [The most important for me is that processor is fine-It s been bought brand new in a box. If its good Im ready to buy new mainboard.]
