Click Start>>Run, type in msconfig and click OK. Go to the Startup tab and see if there is a reference to that folder in the list. Uncheck it and reboot.

Well my friend, first of all, thank you for the reply. It seems that your advice helped me alot.Though there wasn't a referrence to this folder i tried to turn off an application with a name "quiet" that was somehow connected to the yahoo messenger(I also installed the messenger the same morning). After the restart, the startup was fine. But the thing is that now my system configuration is set to "selective startup".My question now is: Is this configuration(selective startup) affecting my system in any way(performance, future unexpected crashes or something else)? ((Because i tried to turn it back to normal startup and i had the same problem again...!))
Please if you don't mind answer this question also.
    Thanks in advance!

Selective Startup just means that you have seleted the items you want to start in msconfig. My msconfig has probably said selective startup for years since it's one of the things I use to control what starts. There's nothing wrong with that, and it makes sense that your problem would reappear if you went back to normal startup since the yahoo thing that got you caught in the loop would try to start again.

    Yep, what mtrox said.

The msconfig tool is handy when troubleshooting a startup problem, but sometimes you need to temporarily turn something off that you really need (like your antivirus program, for instance). The notice you get after a reboot is there to remind you that you've disabled one or more startup programs.

The next time you reboot, look for the checkbox to disable the warning before you close the popup window. You shouldn't see it again. :)
