    Can they not get you for breach of contract? I assume agreeing to the TOS is equivalent to signing a contract, but I've no idea if that's the case in a legal sense.

    I think they could sue you if they wanted to, but it wouldn't be worth their time.

    Yeh, if they did sue someone, it would be to make an example out of them, it seems like a grey area to me.

    airborn if you dont even have a Steam account, why are you "contributing" to this thread?

    I was just told that it wasnt against their TOS to sell Steam accounts when I sold mine.
