Laptop memory question

I am buying my daughter a Toshiba Satalite.
I paid a bit (very little) extra to get it with a single stick of memory. That way I can upgrade it for less.
Now the question, as long as I get a 1GB, 200 pin SO-DIM, DDR2 PC5300 stick of memory it should work, right? That is what it is coming with.
All of them that I have seen are 5-5-5 spd, so no issues there.
Anything else to watch out for?

At Newegg there are multiple choices under $80. Toshiba wanted $155.

Should be fine, if you go with Crucial or whoever they normally have a checker on their site that lets you see if it's compatible first.
