I recently got an EVGA 6500 256 vid card that has 256 onboard and shares 256 from the system as part of a bundle deal. I didn't notice that the card had memory caching till after I got home and would not have got it if I had known it did. Anyway, is it possible to disable the memory caching? I havee been looking and can't find anything concerning it.

The system is a socket 939 w/ dual channel running 2x 1GB. So if I add a stick of 256 the system will be out of balance and no longer dual channel. I would rather upgrade the vid card if it comes down to it but I would prefer to work it out if possible. This is also a buisness enterprise rig with no games at all.
