Hi - I have a new DELL Dimension E510 computer. Yesterday, while trying to back up data on a CD - R disk, the computer refused, and Microsoft referred to a Dr. Watson postmortem debugger. Then the computer froze. Please help me.

    Post a hijackthis log file by downloading it here http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip
    Saving it to you c drive, run a system scan a save a log file, post that.

    On top of HijackThis:
    Has this happened more than once? Does it happen doing the same thing? If it shows the error message, can u click to see more details and paste all that you can.

    It is odd that this would happen so recently after buying a new computer. You have to be a little more careful.
