Yes I ran the disc check and then I ran analysis on my drives with defrag. Didn't fix my problem. Checked up on Seek & Destroy and got 15 spywares, 14 fixable and 1 non (Bearshare?). SurfSideKick seems to be back aswell.
Did a google search on "desktop clicking virus" and showed up a few forums but I didn't get anything informative about it.
However another thing that I didn't catch that was happening is that my windows boot up splash screen (that blue one just before desktop is loaded) lasts ALOT longer then it used to. I never noticed it because I'd always turn on my computer then leave the room till desktop was loaded, but now its clear that its not normal.
jmoney3457 I really apprechiate all your help thus far. You've cleaned up my computer more then I would have expected. Might have to go hardcore on the last few bits.
Hey sorry man I wasn't able to access my PC - was out of town. I ran that program and took Sidekick off. Clicking hasn't stopped though.
Here's new HTJ log.

no problem, thats good on sidekick did it remove successfully? and can you please describe this "Clicking problem" in more detail
EDIT: kandi do you know what this folder is--> its located here :C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\each grim hole extra\ and its called the each grim hole extra folder
No clue what that file is for. Never seen it in my life.
About the clicking. Hmm.... lets see. Here's my best shot at describing it. Firstly my windows splash screen (when it says "Welcome") loads VERY VERY VERY slowly. I'm not sure if thats related or not. But about the clicking. It clicks everytime I load into Windows. I can make it click by refreshing my desktop. And it gives the sound of a pop up about to happen, but then the sound of the pop up being blocked, and nothing shows up. The worst part about it is that when I'm watching a movie, full screen, and that sound goes off uncontrollably it also switches off the movie from full screen and selects the desktop. Its really annoying as it happens at least 10-15 times through a movie. Thats the best I got for a description, I can't get into files or anything that I find suspicious because I"m not that much of a computer geneous.
hmm, well could you please locate/delete the file I asked you about in my prev. post and if it gives you a hard time deleting reboot into safe mode and try from there..but as for the clicking i'm as stumped as you are..lets try this, after deleting that file I mentioned in my prev. post please reboot then post a new HJT log for me

Didn't help the clicking. And I just noticed I have a tiny white line on the top left hand corner of my desktop screen. Its not a dead pixal. Loads once Windows is loading. Could probably capture it on a screen shot if your wanting to see it. Whatever it is I never had it before. And no its not part of my desktop background.

Sluggish like it was with all that sidekick stuff - no. However I've come to the conclusion that slow windows splash screen load, clicking, desktop background disappearing, and the white pixels on the left top corner of my desktop are all related. Still haven't figured out what it is though.
I've booted in safe mode ran Nortan and found nothing. Opened up the processes running in safe mode and wrote them down. Booted in normal mode and disabled all processes that weren't in safe mode. Still didn't find nothing, this thing is very elusive.

Yep did that.
- Right click the file on your Desktop, and choose Extract All.
- Click Next.
- In the box to choose where to extract the files to:
- Click Browse.
- Click on the + sign next to My Computer
- Click on Local Disk (C: or whatever your primary drive is.
- Click Make New Folder
- Type in BFU
- Click Next, and uncheck the Show Extracted Files box and then click Finish.
Download sidekickFix.bat (rightclick on that link and choose save as)Here's new HTJ log.

EDIT: kandi do you know what this folder is--> its located here :C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\each grim hole extra\ and its called the each grim hole extra folder

I've booted in safe mode ran Nortan and found nothing. Opened up the processes running in safe mode and wrote them down. Booted in normal mode and disabled all processes that weren't in safe mode. Still didn't find nothing, this thing is very elusive.
