Looking for Linux IDE for Fortran90/95

So I'm too lazy to use xemacs and would like a full IDE that supports Fortran syntax highlighting in the editor, integrated debugging frontend, and compiling with gfortran. I'd like to be able to use GNOME for the desktop environment (so no kdevelop) but if someone can demonstrate good integration on KDE I'll consider switching.

Far from it; Fortran is widely used for scientific computing particularly within engineering circles. I used to think it was dead too until I learned some and discovered how brutally efficient it is for math applications. The version I know (Fortran 90 and a little Fortran 95) is much looser than our parent's Fortran 77 as far as code structure and syntax goes. It was very easy for me to go from C++ to Fortran 90.
