can someone help me?

I have just detected that my computer has an application named install.exe which was downloaded yesterday (I saw the created day in its property). Actually, yesterday, I did not download any application like that, so I think It may be a toxic software. Can someone tell me what it is.

    Just the filename can be vague.

    Please go to http://virusscan.jotti.org , click on Browse, and upload the install.exe file for analysis. Then click Submit. Allow the file to be scanned, and then please copy and paste the results here for me to see.

    Thank you, Chiawaikian. Actually, this morning, I had my computer scanned online at www.symantec.com and found nothing. But I still deleted file "install.exe" for safety. Thank you again for replying.

    Well since you deleted it, this doesnt really matter now. Where was the file located?

    Hi Mike!
    It was located in my documents/downloads/program, my default directory for every downloaded application.
