Restart your computer. As the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key" which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" as shown below. Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.

Once in safe mode, please click Start. Open My Computer. Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options. Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders. Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option. Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.

Now navigate to and delete the following file:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\cool.exe

You can choose to re-hide the system files now, by reversing the steps that you took in Folder Options. Then restart your computer.

    Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Now whenever I try to do a search online it redirects me to other websites. Whenever I run Ewido it always finds Downloader.delf.amb,hijacker.agent.ct, trojan.dialer.qs, hijacker.generic, and trojan.dialer.pz. Does anyone have any ideas?
