It's the DRWATSON POSTMORTEM DEBUGGER

Ok this is my 2nd day of researching and doing waht everyone else has posted and done to correct this. I am getting very fatigued at constant frustration of everything and anything I'm doing.

Symptons = Whenver I go to Control Panel the System crashes and then DrWatson Postmortem Debugger error pops up and when I Ctrl + Alt + Dlt I see more than one of DrWatson Postmortem Debugger running so the only way for me to restore order is to exit all of them.

Also I ran AboutBuster and nothing came out so I believe nothing was worth copying and pasting here.

--What I've done so far--> Ran Avast Anti-Virus scans once on quick scan and about 3 times on Thorough (which took about 3 hours). Mind you mostly all the scans with the exception of 1-2 were run in Safe-Mode. I ran ad-aware about twice on each of it's scanning options. Also ran Spybot - Search and Destroy. Downloaded and ran Windows Defender after seeing it in someone else's problem advice. And finally used this program called CCleaner once. I also did Disk Cleanups and Disk Defragmenter.

???? I belive my problem is not virus but what I really need is some very personal help because I am on the virge of formatting my whole system and either buying a new XP Pro or reinstalling my old one (used about 3-4 years ago).

:sad2: Please please please any help because I am getting phyiscally and mentally fatigued about this problem after installed a new video card and more ram so I can play a few games (not associated with the main problem).

    Is your computer Blue Screening? If so please copy any information about the crash. Another thing for more help, Go into Control Panel /> Administrative Tools /> Event Viewer /> System. Look for any critical (red circle with white X) logs and paste any information about those.
    And by any chance can u post the full HJT log?

    It's not blue screening. And the problem is when I attempt to go into Control Panel, the system crashes, for some reason 50% of the time the DrWatson Postmortem Debugger error comes up as it is his attempt at fixing it.
