Need help please...much appreciated [Solved]

I was already looking throught the forums on how to remove spyware,adware, and other stuff. I ran through a thread that suggested using Cw-shredder and hi-jack this. Here is my log file please help.

Please tell me what to remove and stuff, I ran Cw-shredder and it only removed one thing. I have used many removers such as Spybot, Zero Spyware, Max Net sheild, and Spyware doctor. I ran all of them last night on safe mode,but when i reverted back to normal mode, there were still pop ups and stuff. What basically happens is non stop pop ups, even when I am not doing anything. THe pop ups launch in both Internet explorer and mozilla, I already uninstalled Mozilla and all the pop ups are launching in internet explorer. I noticed that when my activity on Internet explorer is high, there are more pop-ups. Please help...this problem has been driving me crazy, I wanted to reboot the whole thing but i think i lost my xp disc, whic his a really big problem right now.

Fix these in hjt
Download ewido here http://www.grisoft.cz/softw/70/filedir/inst/ewido-setup_4.0.0.172c.exe
Update it, run a complete system scan, apply all actions, save a log file, post that and a new hjt log.

thx already fixed, i ran hijack this and ad-aware, saw some .dll's that would keep respawing and i delted them each...thx for the help though
