Trojan Horse downloader genetic.vpj

Hi there and thanks, I have picked up a trojan horse that i just cant seem to shake off.. it came down at the same time as I downloaded and attempted to install shareaza,and a bundled casino program, I assumed the casino program was the price I had to pay to use Shareaza and when I clicked install, avg warned me of a virus. AVG continues to tell me it's there but I have tried just about every free program available to get rid of it. I would love some advice on how to get rid of it and also some on how not to get something like it again... I usually run AVG, adaware, spybot, and zonealarm.

The virus files seem to be the two rows F2 in the hijack log
:edknc and pxqrnpl... they both keep reappearing in the winsys32 folder as well as a file called ottjck.exe, it is "access denied" and I have a file in my allusers startup called gbfkj that cant be removed and cant be seen by the file removal tool in hijackthis...
