Undetectable Trojan

There may have been a small chance that my PC was infected with anundetectable trojan. The question is why is it undectectable. I have the latest anti-virus updates....and it was built in "poison ivy 2.0" so i've heard. Is there anyway to find it? I temporarily shared my drive and set up 3 virus scans using Symantecs newest version, Bit Defender Pro's, and Kaspersky's. And no luck. I didnt open the file, but it resides on my computer and was perplexed.
So do i just have to wait for a new version of antivirus's?

No matter what you do everyday new viruses are spread that are undectectable, antivirus and malware will always be one step behind.

I agree 100%, but...This backdoor isn't new. I can say it was built a few months ago from the exe "Created on" info. It was built by a public program and was wondering why Antivirus Corps havent coded their programs to detect it. Oh well, I'll be patient.
