New Critical Updates

MS has released a slew of Security Updates today.

    I also had a "roll up" for one of my older machines.
    What the heck is a roll up?

    (sorry, I didn't have time to look went I ran them.. long story involving getting stranded 10 from home :sad2: )

    My computers are such good little riggy's, they have both updated themselves. It's nice to be automated... nevertheless Prof', thanks for heads up.:D

    a critical update roll up is supposed to be a bunch of critical updates all rolled into one update ...kinda like one size fits all? LOL

    Got these yesterday. Found it strange that they were released as four patches rather than one.

    I wondered the same thing. Only thing I could think of is that SP2 is supposed to be out soon (I've seen beta builds floating around for a while now). Maybe they wanted to make it easy to roll back part of the updates if they cause problems.
