Virus Infestation 1 Day after Reformat! [Solved]

I recently acquired a remote keylogger that allowed a hacker to gain access to one of my passwords and he changed it. I was able to recover my password, but as a safety precaution, I reformatted my hard drive. The only thing I cared about was the songs on my iPOD, and I was able to use the amazing program Copypod to recover my songs. However, some time when I was transferring my songs to my hard drive, popups started popping up sporadically, and lots of them. On my Add and Remove Programs list, there were about 10 programs that came up virtually in seconds! I had reinstalled my computer for about a few hours and already I had more viruses! I used Norton Anti-Virus and it helped me to get rid of all but three viruses, it said it was unable to delete the last three. I name of the viruses it tells me that it cannot delete are called "Downloader" and Trojan.xxx, but I don't remember the latter's extension codes exactly because there are multiple ones and I am not currently getting the Warning... Virus Detected message from Norton right now. But these Popups are unlike any I have ever had, they never stop coming. The popups are ironically messages that say "Warning your computer may be infected, click here to get rid of spyware..." and other stuff like that. Someone please tell me how to get rid of these 3 (I hope it's only 3) viruses or spyware! Thanks a lot for your time. Here is my Hijack log:

It looks very long and dangerous! The problem is so bad that every time I boot up the computer I immediately have to open up task manager and try to end as many processes as I can. My Nortan Antivirus is crashing and looping itself into more and more error messages. I got a bogus popup that immitated the System Error Blue Screen saying something like: Detected SPYware! System error #384

Here's a screenshot of the "looping" effect that my Antivirus encountered.

Thanks again to whomever can help, I really need it.

Download ewido here: http://www.grisoft.cz/softw/70/filedir/inst/ewido-setup_4.0.0.172c.exe . Update it. Do a complete system scan.

Thank you mtunick. The ewido software found 160 objects and I removed them. You also helped me fix my Norton Antispyware from looping over and over. Right when I enabled the Norton's Autoprotect option, it found numerous viruses and it kept popping up with "Virus Alert" boxes and every action says "Unable to repair file" or "Acess to the file was denied." So there's still viruses that cannot be removed. Here is my new hijack log:

Wow 160 objects, guess it helped out alot.

I'm not exactly sure, but there is definetly something wrong with this:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\secure32.html
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://searchbar.findthewebsiteyouneed.com
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://searchbar.findthewebsiteyouneed.com
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://searchbar.findthewebsiteyouneed.com
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = c:\secure32.html
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\secure32.html
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://searchbar.findthewebsiteyouneed.com
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = c:\secure32.html
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\secure32.html
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\secure32.html

I would suggest fixing them in HJT. Before you do that, what problems are you having. Depending on the problems, we might opt to fix those.

The only problems I have now are the two trojans that my Norton found that failed to fix, quarentine, or delete; on my Task Manager I would always see multiple "IEXPLORER" entries, even though I have no browsers open; and my internet browser starts out fast after a reboot but slows down after a few minutes for no apparent reason. But other than that, do you think I'm as spyware free as I can hope to be? I fixed those entries you told me to do with Hijack and here is the new log:

All this work to recover your computer after u reformated? Why not just format again?

Well Mike, the biggest problem about reformatting a computer is losing all your files. Sure it's easy to back up most files, but the hardest thing to back-up is the songs on your iPOD. I only have 700 songs, but it takes forever to recover those songs after you lose your hard drive. You have to download a seperate program to copy the songs from your ipod back to the hard drive, and then re-update your itunes to get everything back on your ipod. And that's the easy part, I had to spend 2 hours sorting all the songs to the special order I had in my playlists. But that wasn't the only problem, in the middle of that process, twenty popups came out of no where. I wasn't browsing the internet, I wasn't downloading files, I was just using my itunes. Now if I was to reformat again, I would have to waste another 3-5 hours sorting my itunes again, and what if the virus came back after I reformatted again? There's no telling what caused it and whether or not it might come back after I reformatted, so I didn't think it was the best option.

As for everyone else, thank you so much for taking the time to read my logs and by helping me find out what I needed to fix. I am no longer having any problems other than the computer being a bit slower than usual, but not that much slower. So unless anyone sees a problem with the new hijack log, I think my problems are over! Thanks again everyone!
