I read in step 3 Where is the correct place to post this information, HJT and how do I go about creating the post? TIP: Avoid generic titles like “Please help!” or “What should I do?” Then after I posted I read in SVT Forum Etiquette Guidelines, Posting a "HJT log" with no greeting or introduction, or even a simple "please help" is somewhat rude. When a log is posted with no introduction or request, it comes across as a demand -- "fix my computer for me". Confuting. So I thought not to say please or thank you & thought u just wanted the Facts & nothing but the facts? Any way I’m new to this group, just turned 59 in June, live in the Philippines now 4 yrs, retired from Pac Bell / SBC 31 yrs & have only started on computers in 1999 when I ordered 2 Dell’s, 1 for me & one for my daughter, $3,500 each, ouch but at work I had a 21 inch Sony & didn’t want to be short sighted when at home..LOL. I don’t know how u guys know what u do; I can search the net forever & still be as stupid as when I started. I’ve seen some of Ur answers & knowledge & u guys r the Best of what will keep the US on top of the world, forever.
How that is for a good Plug..LOL But its true..!!

I want to post my Look2Me-Destroyer & HJT...But I would also like to know how to read it.

    Speaking as someone who is in no way an expert on these forums, all you can do is look at other people's problems. See what the experts tell them and how it's fixed, and learn.

    Well inorder to learn what problems to fix, you must first know what is a problem. This may be tough, and google maybe your best friend. After the first few times you should get the hang of it. There are even tutorials posted here on how to fix certain issues. You can read them, and use them as a guideline.
