Having a shortcut to a file run under a program different form default?

Okay I use IE (sorry foxfire, firefox or whatever fans).
But I have one bookmark that has to be run under a browser that isn't IE. I was wondering if I made a shortcut to the bookmark, if there is a way to have it run a different program (my Opera) instead of my default (IE).
Would I put something in the TARGET: line?
