spyware reseting my browser homepage etc, HJT log inside

Hey all. I'm new here, and I'm very appreciative of your help and assistance. There's a spyware on my comp and I have no clue how it got there. I'm usually pretty careful about what I do on my computer. Anyway...I get a popup about every 10 minutes saying theres spyware and I should delete it with the program they suggest etc. Well it overwrites my homepage on my browser evertime, it's very annoying to be honest. Here is my log file...

These two files...[Adware.Srv32] C:\WINDOWS\System32\runsrv32.exe and
[Transponder] C:\WINDOWS\System32\susp.exe...I remove them all the time, but when the popup continues to show, they show up again. I have run spybot and adaware and my antivirus programs in safemode, and still they dont help. I'm guessing they are in my registry but I would like to remove them without having to reformat my computer. Thanks for the help once again folks
