Is there anyway to put this dude in repeater mode... cuz i have a rig over here that has a simple nic card, but the wireless router is on the other side of the house...but i have a spare router...so i want the router to repeat the signal from the first router so i can put the ethernet connection into the second router

if not, is there anyway for one of my main comps to act as a server (i have a NIC and a wireless card) i tried it before...bridge the connections...enable the comp to let other comps access it and then use a cross over cable..but i dont remember it working very well

I have a client who has that router so have the full manual on my hard disk. I've never seen where you can do that and skimmed through the .pdf of the manual and don't see any mention of a repeater mode. I think it's usually AP's that offer that, not routers.

As for the second question, yea I've done what you're talking about with Internet Connection sharing. I've pulled in the wireless and sent it back out of a 10/100 NIC. It hands out IP's from a new subnet. It can be done...I've just never trusted ICS too much.
