Looking for a PHP support ticket/trouble ticket system

Ok, this may seem a bit odd, but I have "PHP support tickets" downloaded and installed for quite some time, and I took the time to 'mod' it and change it to my needs, which are:
Our yearbook group really has no decent way of requesting photos, and making sure that they get taken, so i figured that a support ticket program would be a good spring board for me.
I changed mainly the language pack to mirror my needs and other things to make it specific for what I need, and it seems to do the job fine, but not as well as I wanted. I was just going to use it, but someone decided to code the app so that it required MySQL5
, which one certain webserversarcnet doesnt support.
Does anyone know of any free php based support ticket systems. I need one that I can edit a little bit to fit my needs, I wanted a custom built system, but I didnt have the time nor energy to learn the language right now, not to mention MySQL.
Really, what I needed was a system that I could input the following data on a request:
And I wanted support for different user groups, with a set of permissions that I could give them, along with the support for when a request was made it goes to a 'bin' with all the open requests, then you can close it, and then it goes there, and then something phpst was lacking, was delete.
but im not going to find that all coded out for me ready to go, so I had to make due, I planned to 'overhaul' phpst, but I quickly realized I would be knee deep without a paddle.
Anyway, I guess Im in the market for a free trouble ticket system that I can edit again, needs to run on MySQL4.

i've hacked on mantis, the code's a little dirty but it's not impossible

It looks like php Ticket will almost work perfectly, I hope it has a language pack, will make things so much easier.
