Windows loading prompts shutdown! HELP!

My power cut out last night, which turned my computer on. When I tried turning it back on this morning, it loaded through every phase until Windows. When the Windows log in screen normally pops up, the computer restarts. I F8'd, turned off automatic restart, and let the computer load, I got the clue screen saying the following:

Bad_Pool_Caller

***STOP:0x000000c2 (0x00000043, 0xD581A000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Then it dumps the physical memory. Can anyone help me with this? Please, I'd be extremely grateful. Thanks in advance!
