Thread Subscriptions

I used to have email notifications for threads, but I turned those off since I've gotten into the habit of just clicking "UserCP" as soon as I get to SM.

I've turned off the option to add email notifications when I subscribe to a thread, but unfortunately, all the threads I subscribed to before toggling that option still have email subscription turned on. I can only turn them off individually, and I have 51 pages of thread subscriptions in my control panel. Is there any way I can turn them all off at once?

Until then, I'll be one of the first to know about thread resurrections :D

In your Control Panel there's a menu on the left. There, in the second to last part, there should be a link that says "List Subscriptions". Click that and then it should show all your thread subscriptions. On the left side you have checkmarks for each thread. Well at the very top you have another check mark that when checked, it selects all your threads. Check that and then at the bottom of the page but above where the page numbers are, there's a drop down menu. Click that and select "No Email notifications". Hope that helps.

Thanks BH, that works, but I have to do it for each page.

It turns out I have 63 pages, not 51. I'll go through and do each page if I have to, but there's gotta be a better way.

Try adding &pp=100 to the URL. That should crank up the number you can delete at once to 100. Other than that, I dunno.

That helped - I could display up to 200 at once, so I only had to do it 8 times. Thanks

No problem. I have to use that method to sort and archive all my private messages on a regular basis
