M2N-E motherboard problems

Hey guys,

I have been running into some problems with my motherboard. The bios will automatically change settings and do all kinds of wierd things. Almost no matter what I change the vcore to it will always say 1.46 or 1.47. Then if it does change it is always about .6 higher than what I have it set at. Also if I have the multiplier on 9, it will auto change to 10. I have even had it change the frequency from 240 to 200 on it's own. I also have the temps reading quite crazy. They can't seem to stay in a relatively even temp. Jumps around quite a bit. Should I just scrap the board or what! Or is there something that I could do. I have the latest bios!

Help

Do you have a digital multimeter at home to test voltages with? If so, pull the little silver battery from the motherboard (It's a thin silver disc), and make sure it's producing the proper voltage.

    What should it be doing?

It'll say right on the top of the battery. I think close to 3.3v.
