Virus is about to crash my computer. HELP!

i have had alot of popups come up that are from something called zedo. they all seem to be virus removing and cell phone pop-ups. after looking my system files, there were some text files by the name of oscar. the contents said: "oscar was here." also, there are some files my computer warns me that are dangerous, but i cannot delete them. my computer is going crazy and it randomly freezes and shuts down. please help quick before it crashes.

sorry, but i am new to this site. i have looked at some threads with something called hijack this... how do i use this?
