Looking for a file renaming program, with a twist

There are these programs that can take a bunch of music files, and put the artist, album, track, ect. in the filename, so that you get a file that looks like this: AlbumName - track artist - Title

Ex: The Best of GroovyMoovie - 01 Moovie - I Wanna Roller Disco with You

My problem is that they woun't undo the silly process, so does anyone know of a program that will?

Oh, and anyone know a good replacment for iTunes?
