Virus problem - can't get rid of....help!

I keep having W32/SecRisk-ProcessPatcher-based!Maxiums pop up all the time in the middle of the screen and can't get rid of it. I have done all the scans and have all the firewall, etc. on my system. Does anyone know how to get rid of this??
