Is my wireless router hosed?

We had a storm lastnight and my wireless router was set up in a temporary location without a surge protector on it. It's not working now.
What I've got:
Motorola WR850G
We're connected to a wireless ISP, so the wireless antenna/reciever box that sits on the roof is plugged into the WAN. I have SM_24 and another computer plugged into ports 2 and 3, respectively.
What it's (not doing)
When I plug the router in, the power light comes on. That's it. It glows green. That's the only light that comes on. I get no connection lights for the two systems connected to it, the wireless, or the uplink.
What I've already done:
-I've re-started the router, to no avail.
-I've held down the reset button on the back. Some lights blink but eventually, they all light up (including all 4 ports despite not being connected) and stay green except the wireless light, which never comes on. If I pull the plug and restart the router again, it goes back to the single green power LED being on.
-I've connected my laptop to the router and tried to log in, but 192.168.10.1 doesn't show up.
So is my router toast? Being unable to connect to it, I doubt I can re-flash it. Any thoughts or suggestions?
