quick (but important) question. which is faster a SATA-II Seagate 80GB HDD or a SATA-II Seagate 200GB. And a side question, whats the best stripe size for a RAID0? Smaller or bigger? and what size specifically?

I know nothing about raid, but I think an approximatly a 1 inch racing stripe on the side of the box should increase your speeds by a good 10% :vimp:

According to HD Tach tests, the 200GB drive is slightly faster. 64k is an ideal stripe size if you're going to be working with larger files, 32k if you plan to work with smaller files.
