HELP!!!!! Trojan spyware and pop up issues to the extreme

I have had my computer for about 4 years never had a virus until a couple of day ago. A friend went to Limewire and now I have viruses and antivirus software i can not remove. When I try to boot in safe mode my computer just freezes and nothing happens. I have tried norton anti virus and PC cillin and nothing stops the pop ups or removed the viruses. I also have anti virus software on my computer that has mysteriously installed itself on to my pc that i can not removed. I also can not go to the internet because my browser is always redirected. I have very import information on my pc that i don't want to lose please help.
