virus ..cant detect.. mouse wont work {Solved}

ok so my mouse on my computer wont work under my log in name a bunch of **** comes up saying italy and italia btich task manager is disabled by computer administator.. when i start in safe mode my nortans dosnt find anyhting and adaware se dosnt find anything.. heres my hijack this file

You have WinAntiVirusPro2006 on your computer, which is a rogue anti-spyware program. Please uninstall it first, via Add/Remove Programs.

Next download VundoFix.exe
to your desktop.

• Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
• Click the Scan for Vundo button.
• Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
• You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
• Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
• When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
• Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above
instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when
VundoFix appears at reboot.

ok well i cant even get on my computer unless its in safe mode because my mouse wont work i'm using my brothers computer to post this everything i can do on that comp is done in safe mode

ok.. heres what i did i got the vundo fix on the computer and scanned and it didnt find any vundo. i went to start msconfig and the italy was in there under start up items.. i unchecked it and shut my computer off and i'm going to bed now.. i remember this happening b4 i just cant get the italy virus thing out of my computer
