Extremely long WU

i just started my 4th WU and it says it'll finish in 557d: 12hr:00min. is this a norm and if it is can i move to a shorter one?

    ok n/m. i closed the F@H client and reopened it and the time dropped to 10 days.

    Keep in mind that the estimated time to completion is just that - an estimate. It can be way off, depending on factors like other programs running, restarting the computer, etc.

    Think of it like being on a cross-country driving trip. Out on the open road you can be making good time, then hit a traffic jam and come to a near stop. If you took an estimate while you were smokin' down the highway at 75 mph it would look drastically different than an estimate made while you were stop-and-go in the traffic jam. Over the long haul it all evens out. :)
