Ad-aware refuses to delete critical problems?
Heya everyone. Sorry to say my first post is to ask for some SERIOUS PC help. I run McAfee and Ad-Aware frequently (Spybot really doesn't pick up anything for me, oddly enough). But I realized today, for some strange reason that my non-techie brain will comprehend, Ad-aware won't delete anything but cookies and negligible-risk entries. The two problems I see are 'PurityScan' and something called '0 Possible Malware 0'.
For example, today I started a full-system scan at around 5:00 PM today. It quickly scanned my PC and I told it "next" to get it to delete everything. I went to a movie with an old friend, came back 4 hours later, and it was still trying to delete stuff.
Any help would be deeply and greatly appreciated!

I have run Ad-Aware for 2 years, and have had error free service. I do my deleting offline though. I am on dialup.
If you are also running CCleaner, it would probably delete them as well.
Spybot rarely ever finds anything new after you have cleaned your system out, especially if you are running Tea Timer to warn you of any attempted registry changes. I run all of these programs and several others to insure clean surfing.
